Day #2
I'm so sore I don't want to be doing this right now. There were a few exercises that I couldn't do. I'm sick to my stomach because of the work out....I'm going to bed. See ya tomorrow.

Day #1
Yesterday I bought the Jillian Micheals Ultimate Pilates Kit & downloaded the recommended 8 week program. I didn't realize how intense this was going to be lol! The work outs are composed of a warm up & 3 circuits.
I knew I was out of shape, but I didn't realize I had gotten this bad. My 3rd child is 11 weeks old now and wow I've let myself go since I got pregnant with the 1st. I'm comfortably wearing a size 16 and 14's are a lil snug and offer a sneak peak of my spare. My goal isn't to loose a lot of weight, but to tone up a little. Of coarse weight loss would be welcomed !! Looking forward to this and I hope I stick with it.
The warm up wore me out. The jumping jacks hurt my huge breasts and I couldn't do the Balance Push-Ups so I had to do regular ones. The Plank Circles and Lunge & Lateral Raises were also very hard for me. The ball actually rolled out from under me while doing the Balance Push-Ups because I couldn't push myself back up. Nothing like planting your face on the dirty floor because you can't lift your own weight. The work out took me about 70 minutes and I'm guessing it should've been no more than 30. I had to keep stopping to get water and I also walked the dog before the 3rd circuit. My legs are already sore and if I move just the right way...so are my abs. I'm guessing tomorrow I'll be really sore. I hope she's got me doing other body parts tomorrow!
Tips/warnings : The ball gets slippery when you sweat so be careful! Have a watch or something that also has seconds so you can keep track of your time and don't worry about re-setting it if your using a stop watch. Just let it go and you'll be able to keep track of how long the work outs are taking you.
